Who it is not for
LiteERP is not the right product if you need stock, item costing, banking, payroll or double-entry accounting. It does not replace an accountant or stand in for an inventory ERP.
How you use it
The user signs in with AllSmartt identity, chooses the company and point of sale, and works from a web app that installs as a PWA.
- 01Issue an invoice: customer or end consumer, line items, taxes and confirmation. The fiscal number is assigned on issue.
- 02Record a purchase from a photo or PDF: assistance proposes the data, you correct and confirm. The file stays with the expense.
- 03Review reports: filter by dates or period, see the summary and download a self-contained HTML to share.
- 04Store files and view the letter-size PDF inside the app, without sending the document to another tab.

Jaime and Telegram
Jaime, the AllSmartt assistant, lets you operate LiteERP over Telegram when the account is linked and permissions are in place. You can prepare an invoice, send a purchase photo or ask for a report. There is always confirmation before issuing or saving. WhatsApp is not yet available to issue or deliver documents.
Security and compliance
LiteERP does not mix one company's data with another's. Each person signs in with their user and role permissions. Sensitive actions are recorded. Supporting files are delivered to authorized people; they are not published on the open internet. It is designed with the Honduran invoicing regime in mind (CAI, range, sequence, sales tax). Each company must configure and validate its environment, with official sources and, when needed, a tax professional. It is not offered as a SAR-certified product.

Frequently asked questions
- Is LiteERP a full accounting system?
- No. It helps you invoice and organize purchases, expenses and classifications. It does not replace double-entry books or an accountant's judgment.
- Does it work on phones?
- Yes. It is responsive and can be installed as an app (PWA). You can also use the camera for documents.
- Can it read an invoice from a photo?
- Yes, as a proposal. The user reviews and confirms before saving.
- Several companies or branches?
- Yes, when AllSmartt has authorized access. You work with one company and one point of sale active at a time.
- Can it issue without internet?
- No. A connection is required to validate the user and assign the fiscal number.
- Does the AI issue on its own?
- No. AI proposes; nobody issues without confirmation.
- Is it approved by SAR?
- It is not offered as a SAR-certified product. It is designed with the Honduran regime in mind and each company must validate its setup.
- Can I invoice over WhatsApp?
- Not yet. Telegram is available for linked users.
- Does it include inventory?
- No.
