This text is published to inform clearly and to complete platform requirements such as Meta’s. It should be reviewed by a legal professional before it is treated as final.
We do not publish a registered legal entity name, registration number, fixed retention periods or a specific court venue because those facts are not confirmed for this notice. If they are confirmed, they will be updated here.

Services
This site presents artificial intelligence, automation, software development, websites, invoicing, GPS and fleet control, field surveys, traceability, top-ups and other digital solutions. The site informs and captures inquiries. Actual delivery of a service is agreed separately when there is a proposal, order or contract.
Your responsibilities
You must use the site and contact channels lawfully, provide truthful information when you write to us and not impersonate someone else. You are responsible for the content you send us.
Allowed and prohibited use
You may browse the site, download public brochures and contact us about our services. You may not attack or overload the infrastructure, scrape content in an abusive automated way, use the site for fraud, malware or spam, or claim that AllSmartt endorses a message we did not issue.
Intellectual property
The AllSmartt brand, mark, site, copy, designs, our own software and published materials belong to All Smart Technologies or are used with permission (for example third-party marks identified on product pages). We do not grant a license to copy, modify or exploit them beyond ordinary browsing unless we give written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and channels available, but maintenance, network faults or third-party outages can occur. These pages do not promise a specific uptime.
External services
To operate we use external services such as Meta, WhatsApp, n8n, hosting providers and other APIs. Those providers have their own terms. A failure or policy on their side may affect sending or receiving messages.
Limitation of liability
Information on the site is general and commercial. It does not replace a diagnosis, a proposal or a contract. To the extent Honduran law allows, AllSmartt is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or interruptions caused by third parties or by misuse of the site. Liability for a contracted service is governed by that agreement, not by this general text.
Contracts, payments and cancellations
This site is not an online checkout. Prices, payment methods, timelines and cancellations, when they exist, are agreed in the proposal or contract for that specific service. We do not invent billing terms here that are not published on a product page.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted prudently under the laws of the Republic of Honduras. We do not designate a specific court or venue here because that fact is not confirmed for this text.
