Privacy notice
This text is published to inform clearly and to complete platform requirements such as Meta’s. It should be reviewed by a legal professional before it is treated as final.
We do not publish a registered legal entity name, registration number, fixed retention periods or a specific court venue because those facts are not confirmed for this notice. If they are confirmed, they will be updated here.
Who we are
All Smart Technologies (brand AllSmartt) operates https://allsmartt.com from Honduras. We offer artificial intelligence, automation, software development, websites, invoicing, GPS and fleet control, field surveys, traceability, top-ups and other digital solutions.
To answer inquiries and deliver those services we use, among other tools, WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta, n8n and technology hosting providers.

What data we may collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may process: name; phone number; email address; messages; files or attachments you send us on WhatsApp or another communication channel; contact details you provide; technical visit data (browser, device and usage logs); the IP address that reaches our servers (the site application stores a hash of the IP, not the raw IP); and the page or product context from which you write.
We do not ask for, and we do not claim to collect through this website, precise location, your phone’s address book, camera, microphone or bank details. If a separately contracted service (for example fleet GPS) processes other data, that is agreed in that service’s contract.
How data is collected
Data arrives when you use the contact form, the site chat, WhatsApp, email or other channels you open with us; when you browse the site (session, language and our own usage events); when the contact form or chat verifies that you are not a robot using Cloudflare Turnstile; and when a digital service or API needed to serve you transmits the message (for example WhatsApp Cloud API).
Anti-bot verification (Turnstile)
The contact form and the site chat require a Cloudflare Turnstile token. The server validates that token with Cloudflare before storing, forwarding or opening the conversation. Cloudflare may process IP and browser signals under its own privacy policy. We do not send the message body to Cloudflare. If Turnstile is not configured, the form and chat are not accepted.
Why we use the data
We use them to answer inquiries, provide support, deliver requested services, automate internal support processes, manage conversations, improve the site and platform, maintain security and meet legal obligations that actually apply to us.
WhatsApp, Meta and automation
WhatsApp conversations may be processed through Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API, n8n, our own servers and authorized technology providers we need to operate. Meta applies its own terms and policies when you use WhatsApp.
We do not sell the information
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed to serve you, deliver the service, maintain security or meet a legal, accounting or fraud-prevention obligation. We do not publish a fixed period in days or years because that period is not uniformly confirmed for every processing activity.
Security
We apply reasonable security measures: HTTPS on the site, access control to servers and databases, session cookies with protective attributes and hashing of the IP address in the site application. No system is infallible.
International transfers
Some providers (for example Meta / WhatsApp or hosting) may process data outside Honduras. That happens only as part of operating those services, not as a commercial sale of your data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, update, objection or deletion of your personal data by writing to chavez@allsmartt.com. The deletion process is at /en/data-deletion. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before we disclose or delete information.
Children’s data
This site and our contact channels are intended for businesses and adults. We do not seek to collect children’s data. If we find that a child sent us personal data without a legitimate context, we will delete it when we can identify it.
Changes to this notice
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and the last-updated date. Continued use of the site or our channels after a reasonable change means you have seen the published version.
