Data deletion request
This text is published to inform clearly and to complete platform requirements such as Meta’s. It should be reviewed by a legal professional before it is treated as final.
We do not publish a registered legal entity name, registration number, fixed retention periods or a specific court venue because those facts are not confirmed for this notice. If they are confirmed, they will be updated here.
How to request deletion
Email chavez@allsmartt.com with the subject “Data deletion”, or write to the business WhatsApp +504 3179-2840. You can also use the contact form and state that you are requesting deletion.
What to include
To find your data, include: the name you used; the phone number or email; if you chatted on WhatsApp, that number; an approximate date; and, if you remember it, the page or product (for example AI, top-ups or GPS).
Verification
We may ask for reasonable identity verification before we delete information, so we do not delete someone else’s data.
What is deleted and what may be kept
When the request is valid, we will delete or anonymize messages, contact details and conversations we can associate with you in our systems (site, chat and, to the extent we control them, operational WhatsApp copies).
We may keep the minimum required by a legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention obligation, or technical backups that have not yet rotated. Meta may keep copies under its own rules when the message went through WhatsApp.
Timing
We will handle the request as soon as reasonably possible. We do not publish a guaranteed maximum deadline because a uniform commitment we can meet in every case has not been confirmed.
Confirmation
When we finish, we will confirm on the same channel you used (email or WhatsApp), stating whether deletion is complete or what minimum is retained and why.
